DragonStake is a team specialized in blockchain security and non-custodial staking. Since our founding in 2017, we have operated validators on some of the leading Proof of Stake networks, including Cosmos, Polkadot, Kusama, Kava, Avalanche, Evmos, and Ethereum, among others. Our portfolio continues to grow alongside the blockchain ecosystem, carefully selecting the most innovative and promising projects.

We actively engage with the networks we support from their early testnet stages, contributing to their development and participating in their governance processes. Thanks to this approach, we have been part of the genesis block of some of the most prominent networks in the industry, reinforcing our commitment to decentralization and the growth of the ecosystem.

Our roots are in the crypto community of southern Spain and Crypto Plaza, a collaborative environment where we have supported the creation and development of projects such as Polkastas and other community initiatives. We also work actively in Web3 education, promoting adoption and knowledge within the crypto space.

Among the key members of our team is Jesús Pérez, founder of Crypto Plaza and a contributor to DAO governance since 2019. He has participated in projects such as MakerDAO, Balancer, AAVE, dYdX, Superfluid, and Humanode, in addition to being a member of Metacartel, one of the most influential DAOs since its inception. He has also been a speaker at events like The DAOist and has won three ETHGlobal hackathons. With over 15 years of experience in venture capital, he has been a Hedge Fund Manager, former president of the Spanish Association of Fintech & Insurtech, and a key driver of the regulatory sandbox in Spain. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge as a professor at institutions such as IE, IEB, AFI, and the University of Alicante.
